How Does it Work?

1. Get to Know Each Other

Before we work together we both need to know that the other would be a good fit. We will have a conversation on Zoom or in person where we can find out a little more about each other, our backgrounds and businesses.

If we move forward we will be working very closely together, so it is important that we take some time to do this first step.

2. Discuss the Program

Generally the client and coach stay together for 12 - 18 months and in some cases much longer. Here we will outline the program in some detail and the expectations for both parties.

This is an opportunity to discuss in detail what is involved and what we hope to achieve in your business.

3. Get Onboarded

If we are moving forward the onboarding will begin. The agreement is signed and the start up fee is paid. We will then organise our initial meetings for the start of the programme.

At the beginning of the process we will have a couple of 1 hour Zoom calls to dive in to deep detail on where your business is now and where you want it to be. It is important that we understand what the starting point is and where we are heading towards. Together we will go through some thought provoking questions to help us understand you and your business.

4. Regular Meetings

Once we have gone through and are crystal clear on what we are trying to achieve we will begin our series of regular meetings.

Normally we will meet once every two weeks. These calls will be catching up on how the business is going, go through new content and ideas then set some tasks to complete for our next meeting.

We will guide you through the process in a bespoke manner and at your own pace to ensure we maximise the results for you and your business.
